Rioulany

Rioulany was a fan character of min that I have had since I was in like 3rd grade. He was extremely OP, like it wasn't even funny how amazingly OP he was.

Examples:

He was all types.

Guess what pokemon he was! He was a loucario that was tested on in a lab and became a new type of pokemon all together.

He can only retract his front claws.

his eyes change color with his mood.

those chains and bands are embedded into his skin

he has two tails.

He is extremely strong

his hp is infinite and he dosent knock out until he is tired
